Accommodation Rates

Our holiday house is made up of a two- story fully self contained house PLUS an additional guest wing which has an additional 3 ensuited bedrooms all with private access, tea / coffee making facilities, bar fridges, flat screen TV’s and DVD players in every room.

The main house alone is made up of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge area, kitchen / dining / living areas & laundry. We also have a large balcony with outdoor dining / BBQ area. The ground floor is set up as a teenage Retreat area so the kids can have their own space (and so can you!!!)

So put the house with the guest wing and we have a very big house with 7 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms and lots of living areas where everyone can have their own private space if needed.

There are a number of options available for you in renting the house depending on the number of guests you are wanting to accommodate. You can either book the entire house (sleeps up to 16) with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and have exclusive use of the whole building...

OR you can book just the house section, (sleeps 8), with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all the living areas plus kitchen, dining, and laundry

OR you can book the house plus as many additional guest rooms from the separate guest wing as you need to accommodate your group. (1-3 extra rooms available)

OR you can just book an ensuited room from the guest wing if you are wanting overnight accommodation of room only with ensuite (available in off peak times only for those travellers just wanting an overnight stop to break their journey).
